OAKRIDGE TRAILS SUBDIVISION
REAL PROPERTY IMPROVEMENT REQUEST PROCESS

According to the Indentures of Restrictions for your subdivision, the Architectural Control Committee (e.g., Trustees) must approve exterior improvements that homeowners intend to make to their property.  These improvements include, but are not limited to decks, patios, pools fences, room additions, satellite dish installation and play-sets.

Please submit the approval form along with two copies of your survey and two copies of your plans at least 30 days in advance of construction to:
