Who are they and what do they do?
Trustees are volunteers within our community who offer their time to assist in overseeing the maintenance of certain areas, resolving disputes, clarifying and enforcing the indentures and many other behind the scene tasks.  Click here for a list of the Trustees, their responsibilities and contact info.

What are the indentures?
These are the bylaws that you agreed to when you purchased property in our development.  You should have received a copy of these at closing but incase you didn't please contact one of the trustees for a copy.

What if I want to make exterior (outdoor) household improvements (i.e., pools, basketball goals, etc..)?
Please see the Property Improvement Approval page to initiate the process for trustee approval and conformance with the indentures.

Who is responsible for the easement (area between my sidewalk and curb)?
It is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain their easement that lies in-between the street and the sidewalk.  This pertains to, but not limited by, Trees, grass, irrigation, etc.  Please note we have received notice that some residents trees have died in the above listed area and it is the homeowners responsibility to remove or replace the dead tree.
